How to Measure Your Ring Size
Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
- 1.Select a ring that fits the finger you want to measure.
- 2.Place the ring on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters.
- 3.Use the chart below to find your ring size.
Method 2: Measure Your Finger
- 1.Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger.
- 2.Mark where the paper/string overlaps.
- 3.Measure the length in millimeters and divide by 3.14 to get the diameter.
- 4.Match the diameter to the chart below.

- •Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest
- •Measure when your hands are warm (cold hands shrink)
