Size Exchanges
Free resizing within the first year. After that, resizing is available for a small fee.
Style Exchanges
Exchange for a different item within 30 days. Price difference applies if applicable.
Return Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- • Engraved items
- • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- • Items without original certificates or packaging
- • Items showing signs of wear or damage
- • Items purchased during final sale promotions
